Special focus on Innovation Projects and R&D in the HPPE-area. Responsible for strategic manpower planning, competence build-up, Open Innovation activities, idea exploration projects and technical support to IPR. Steering technology strategy work in HPPE area. Budget responsibility. Key Achievements: several commercial grades launched based on inventions from the researchers in the team.
