Joseph Kiseli Mutweleli is currently working as a Quality Assurance Officer at Population services Kenya. Given his expertise in Health and Research he has led the development of quality assurance protocols for health facilities. He actively conducts quality assessments at health facilities and develops facility specific quality improvement plans and guides these facilities through implementation of the quality improvement plans. Joseph has previously worked as the the Training Coordinator for a national reproductive health research project where he successfully led and coordinated the training of more than 100 field staff. Successful training of the project staff enabled quality data collection which provided information on key reproductive health indicators at the National and County level. He also supported data quality monitoring, data cleaning and data error correction. Joseph Kiseli has a degree in Nursing and Public Health. He is currently working on his theses leading to a degree in Master of Public Health Specializing in Monitoring and Evaluation. His previous appointments have been in the Monitoring and Evaluation departments in UNWOMEN as an intern and ACTED Kenya.
