After the laurea magistralis in Food Science and Technologies and a stage in the QA department at Carrefour Italy, in 2003 I entered the field of Pharmaceutical R&D at Eurand Spa working on development, validation and re-validation of analytical methods.
In 2005 I joined Giuliani Spa as QA Manager for the Food brand Giusto -gluten-free foods and products for special dietary needs. I am in charge of supplier’s auditing, packages and other marketing media controls for data consistency and legal compliance, prescription and interpretation of analytical controls, technical complaints’ management, editing of quality agreements documents and procedures.
