DÁT2 Psy Help is a "safer nightlife" team of peer-helping volunteers who provide harm reduction services at parties and festivals in Hungary. Besides distributing free drinking water, salty snacks, glucose pills, earplugs, condoms, and information on substances, DÁT2 Psy Help is specialized in managing visitors' difficult experiences (such as psychedelic emergencies, "bad trips", and spiritual crises) with hallucinogenic and/or other psychoactive drugs. Embedded in the goa/psy culture, volunteers of DÁT2 Psy Help have been helping at electronic dance music events since 2004, including big international festivals in Hungary, such as O.Z.O.R.A. 2007, 2008, 2011, 2012; S.U.N. 2013 - in collaboration with NEWIP - and 2014. The current team of about 50 volunteers has been active since June 2013, attending parties and festivals in about every two weeks.
