I am a Technical Project Manager ECP-M (CAPEX, PMP, NPPI) projects and engineering with at about 40 years practical and theoretical experience. In heart I am a mechanical engineer experienced in project management.

I'm used to execute my engineering projects structured according to the PMI program. Have no certificate in this but working experience. The teacher from Ehsal (PMI certified) Belgium has been my project assistant. We have learned from each other.

Important for me to manage a project are facts like: Scope, timing, cost, quality, integration, the people I have in the team, communication, risk, procurement, stakeholders. With these 10 terms I organize the projects.

My theoretical background is out from product and system design (engineering) in general systems and installations. In addition I have theoretical and practical experience in precision- , mechatronics-, and business engineering by education, training and work experience. This mostly in product development environments.

Next to this I have experience in Lean engineering, feasibility studies, product optimization and manufacturing techniques.
