As a Project Team Leader in a high-throughput & high-content phenotypic screening campaign on triple negative breast cancer, in collaboration with the Centre Léon Bérard, Ksilink and Sanofi R&D, I acquired significant experience in building and managing an innovative early R&D project. This exciting journey took me from the development of a reliable disease model, through its automation and screening, to the identification of preliminary hit compounds using leading edge, imaging based discovery technologies. I am excited by the upcoming work-packages that will enable us to generate first-in-class drug candidates aiming to improve the treatment option of triple negative breast cancer patients.
