Driving business is all about relation management and fulfilling your commitments. As a business developer and project manager in the high-tech (medical/semiconductor) industry I’m motivated to make a significant contribution to the growth of the company and developing a final product from scratch. I’m generating innovative projects starting with market research, business case, project finance and product requirements. For example, in 2016 I have been awarded an European grant of 1.2 million as collaborative project bridging a University Medical Center and a small business. As a person I communicate efficiently, work reliable, think analytically and fulfill my responsibilities. I played field hockey on the national level for twenty years. In this respect, I learned that coaching a team with great enthusiasm is my key factor to keep everybody involved and achieve a team success. Working together with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, QA/RA and manufacturers allows to work goal-oriented with a focus on obtaining results and to meet the demands of the customer. I am seeking opportunities to utilize my talents in a challenging position in the high-tech industry.
