    developed combinatorial tetramer staining protocols to reveal, directly from human samples, the repertoire of influenza-specific cd4 t-cells, and its modulation by precursor frequencies and immunotherapy. translated this approach to describe a new target of autoimmunity in rheumatoid arthritis and study how these pathogenic responses are shaped by Clinical progression and therapy.
