my Research interests include development of enzymes/Proteins and carbohydrates for Health-related and industrial Applications. i have experience in heterologous Protein Expression: in escherichia coli, methylotrophic yeast pichia pastoris; Protein Purification: gel filtration, ion exchange, affinity Chromatography (Äkta), ultrafiltration (millipore); enzymology: kinetic Analysis, stability, binding interaction; and molecular biology: Protein Engineering, cdna cloning. characterisation of Carbohydrate active enzymes for industrial application as well as purification and Analysis of carbohydrates and Proteins using various techniques: hpaec-pad, HPLC (dionex), maldi-tof ms (bruker daltonics), dsc (microcal), spr (biacore) and tlc are the Research experiences up to date.
