Investigation of the influence of purity/quality of synthetic peptides on their functionality in in vitro/in vivo animal experiments (metabolic stability, tissue-organ bath, antinociception, blood-brain barrier transport). Aquired skills: animal experiments, cell culture handling, data processing (Microsoft Office, SPSS), working proficiency (English), scientific reporting.
Besides PhD research related topics, I also aquired ohter relevant skills: GMP experience (DruQuaR is a GMP accredited lab), analytical method validation, equipment validation (IQ/OQ).
