Current Experience

  • Postdoctoral Research Fellow Groningen, Netherlands
    Since October 2016

  • doctoral researcher at laboratory of neurochemistry and behaviour
    Since October 2009
The main focus of my current research is aging and amyloid-beta (and particullarly amyloid-beta oligomers) and the part they play in Alzheimer pathology. At present, I'm working on optimizing and implementing various techniques for the detection and analysis of amyloid-beta in complex samples (brain extracts/ CSF from mouse models and human origin). These techniques include western blotting, ELISA, Mass spectrometry, immunoprecipitation, RNA seq, etc.
