i am a motivated person passionate for Research. i have a strong background in Analytical Chemistry, specially with gas-Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry. during my phd i worked to identify the most important odorants related to fruit aromas in carmenere red wine.
i also have background developing projects of i+d and my goal is try to focus my Research to create and add value. for this reason now i am looking a work related to Food processing, aroma delivery related to Food processing and how to improve the final quality of Food to make them more tasty and healthy.
i am a easygoing and positive person and i enjoy working in a challenging, international and multidiciplinary environment
