I am a motivated person passionate for research. I have a strong background in analytical chemistry, specially with gas-chromatography and mass spectrometry. During my PhD I worked to identify the most important odorants related to fruit aromas in Carmenere red wine.
I also have background developing projects of I+D and my goal is try to focus my research to create and add value. For this reason now I am looking a work related to food processing, aroma delivery related to food processing and how to improve the final quality of food to make them more tasty and healthy.
I am a easygoing and positive person and I enjoy working in a challenging, international and multidiciplinary environment
