    experience with derivation and maintenance of mouse escs, human escs and ipscs.

    knowledge of early embryonic development and mouse embryo manipulation (from the blastocyst to later stages).

    experience with facs techniques, from sorting to the development of multi-color antibody panels.

    experience with Histology and imaging techniques (epifluorescence, confocal imaging).

    molecular biology techniques such as rt-qPCR, single-cell RNA Analysis, rrbs, cloning.

    my responsibilities include the supervision of students, mice colony management and Cell Culture Lab stocking and management.
