Conduct the Initial Training Course for the newly inducted sales employees to GSK Pakistan • Conduct the Safety Data Exchange Agreement with third party distributors and the external suppliers and manufactures. • Develop the Standard operating Procedures for the management of the Product Information development process • Develop the Pharmacovigilance procedures for gsk as described by the Pharma bureau Pakistan. • Develop the methods for the Pharmacovigilance, Materiovigilance, Cosmetovigilance, Nutrivigilance And Human Safety Related Activities for GlaxoSmithKline • Responsible for updation of the Product Information / Labeling Information according to the global requirement for local and POLOs. • Responsible for Management of Carton / leaflet material of all GSK products • INDSR’s, PSUR’s, DSUR’s, EUPSUR’s, PASS’s, PEBRER submission and reconciliation • Collection of Adverse Events (AEs), recording in the country register and reporting of AEs to Central Safety Department. • Safety Data Exchange Agreements Reconciliation with the distributors. • Training of the Distributors regarding Adverse Events • AE reporting out of office hours • Certified Auditor of the GlaxoSmithKline • Responsible for the Medical Assessments for the Product related queries. • Review Product Complaints and assess the pattern of the product complaints and discuss them in the Medical Governance meeting. • Review and Manage the Management Monitoring (Self Inspection) for the Medical Department • Manage and develop the Departmental Risk Register to manage the environmental changes

• Responsible for the export of the bitumen to the Asian countries. • Dealing with the export of the Lube base oil to the different parties across the globe. • Awarding tender of Lube products to the international clients and communicate with them regarding export. • Evaluating the L/C (letter of credit) up to $20 Million USD with customers and dealing it with the banks regarding the important financial issues. • Coordinating with the foreign parties to sell different products in country. • Responsible for the Sales tax invoice making and approval of the shipment to different parties by T/L or by Pumping. • Making the marketing strategies for the selling of Lube base Oils to increase the sale for the year 2013. • Responsible for the logistics of oil and work in the shipping department to mobilize new strategies to solve problems. • Work in the shipping and logistics department to increase the exposure of the refinery and deal with all the contractors and storage depots around Karachi, movement of product is crucial part of the shipping to minimize the theft and smooth movement. • Making sales invoices and billing to different parties. • Make correspondence with the international buyers of the LBO and Asphalt and other specialty products. • Making agreements with the clients for receiving of payments to different parties.
