topic: “transcriptional and metabolic responses of wild type green algal cells to variations of light intensity”. characterized the clonal Transcriptome of c. reinhardtii wild type cells cultivated in light using RNA-seq by optimizing a science)" rel="nofollow">Protocol for isolating RNA from single clones of green algae, and prepared RNA-seq libraries and analysed the sequences.

“global macromolecular Characterization of lichen peltigera membranacea symbiosis & identification of a new lichen species peltigera islandica”. used ngs technologies (DNA-seq, RNA-seq & bs-seq) to assemble and annotate the whole genome, and studied the Transcriptome and the methylome of the three tissues in this lichen.
