Maîtriser les techniques pour produire des bio médicaments et des produits stériles avec un taux de contamination adéquat (habillage, nettoyage, décontamination, stérilisation, analyse des éléments de design des ZAC, flux des matières et des personnes, contrôle de contamination de l’environnement, …) en vue de comprendre, mettre en œuvre, analyser et critiquer des étapes de qualification d’équipements, de validations de personnel, de zones, d’étapes process, … 2. Qualifier des équipements de production (autoclave, sondes de mesures, chambre froide, filtres, CIP, …) en effectuant les différentes étapes (DQ, IQ et OQ) 3. Qualifier un système de production d’air (HVAC) 4. Qualifier un système d’eau purifiée et pour injectables (boucle d’eau) 5. Valider les procédures de nettoyage et de décontamination (PQ ; pour les équipements, matériels et locaux en environnement réel de production (ZAC)) 6. Valider les personnes (habillage, comportement) dans les différentes classes de propreté des ZAC (D, C, B, A) 7.
