i work on in Bioinformatics for next-generation Sequencing, mainly on illumina hiseq/miseq data, although previously used roche-454. i am interested in using Sequencing data to identify underlying genetic causes of chronic disease and for regenerative Medicine. i'm convinced that third generation Sequencing will make a big impact in Medicine as Sequencing costs reduce and accuracy and speed improve. i am also interested in database Software, especially for medical Applications. specialties: Computer programming, Medicine, next-generation Sequencing, Bioinformatics.
