Leading projects to study the effect of xenobiotic in aquatic systems using molecular biology techniques such as qPCR and microarray. I was on charge of the experimental exposure, field samples collection, dissection of tissues, preparation of samples (RNA/DNA isolation), analysis of samples (qPCR and microarray), data analysis.
Other techniques used during the different project were: transformation, cloning and sequencing.
Cooperating with project to study effects and proteomic level, working with Bradford, catalase analysis and so.
