    As the first CRA local ph IV trials at Novartis (general medicines) I was responsible for the implementation of observational trials mandatory by the authorities to preserve the reimbursement of their innovative class 1 molecules. Besides the classic activities of a CRA (feasibility-, initiation -, monitoring- and close-out visits) I took also a great part of the project management on me and I aligned the phase IV activities with the Belgian Law on clinical activities, national and international Novartis procedures and GCP procedures.
