I have recently graduated with a Master of Biomedical Sciences from KULeuven and previously studied at the University of Guelph in Canada and completed an honors degree in Biomedical Sciences.
My academic record and enthusiasm in science help make me an excellent candidate for lab and medical positions. As you can see from my CV I have gained a wide variety of relevant knowledge and laboratory skills during my studies in Biomedical Sciences including qrtPCR, western blotting, animal experiments and more. I have strong written and oral communication skills and am able to produce results in a timely manner. During my academic carrier I have gained experience in attending scientific conferences, writing formal lab reports, creating poster presentations and presenting my findings in a seminar in front of my peers and professors. During this time I have developed the techniques and attitudes of critical thinking through evaluation of research data by using current research techniques and literature researching skills. I have gained many useful techniques during my thesis and laboratory rotations and am always eager to learn more. I would like to further expand my knowledge in learning and mastering new techniques and welcome any opportunity to do so.
