All this time was dedicated to Points of You tools. I personally learned to use and adapt it to different situations. With help of my team I improved not only my work skills, but my personality too. During this time improved my knowledge and work experience with Facebook, Mailchimp and newsletters. Moreover, learned new skills in communication with clients and creating close connection amongst company and customer.
Office Administrator and Methodology Developer

I worked in two different sectors, such as administration and methodology. I started my work from administration position, have experience doing these tasks: keeping track of invoices and managing them; writing agreements and sending to partners; taking care of office (equipment, neatness); keeping close relationships with accounting company and coping with appearing problems. My second part of job in the beginning was to help my colleague with methodology. After some time my responsibilities were bigger. I worked with these tasks: communicating with participants in our programmes; organising trainings; doing technical stuff (ranking participants - positive or negative feedback, writing letters of tasks); helping my colleague to make up new targets and the way how to do it;
