Flexible, international, client-orientated, multilingual IT Relationship Manager To introduce myself, I would say when you can cross a river on a raft a dozen times and the eleventh time, you still exalted, I then consider my mission to be successful. Make the ordinary more exciting for my clients when it comes to a subject such as computer science, it is not only passenger, this' is also my job.     IT Manager Reporting to Manager of the Planning and Corporate Services Department; responsible for the development, maintenance and efficient running of the Local Area Network at CTA 's headquarters and the Brussels Office, provide timely technical assistance to the Centre's staff and have responsibilities for IT standards, procedures and policies, outsourced services, and IT procurement. In particular: • Assess, manage and constantly review the technology requirements of the Centre, providing senior management with progress reports and recommendations for improvement • Perform system administration and maintenance on the Centre's LAN • Monitor system performance and security, including the implementation of appropriate anti-virus, and backup strategies • Ensure reliability and availability of internal and external communications (including email and remote access) • Provide technical support for CTA 's internet and intranet sites ( WAN & LAN & Users Clients ). • Plan, budget and procure all common hardware and software • Providing regular training to other staff members in using desktop applications, especially database products. • Software support for MS Office applications, the centres MIS and the centre’s programme accounting system. • Manage and monitor IT standards, procedures and policies and outsourced services.
