Identify and proactively manage expiry and obsolescence related risks. Design, develop, promote new management solutions and approaches, and craft them in the form of on-going business projects. • Inventory write-off reduction projects have resulted in $0.7M saving on countries' P&Ls in 2012, $1M in 2013, and $1.2M in 2014. • Pilot inventory optimization project in Iberia in 2013-2014 proved success. Implementation across Europe during Sep-Nov 2014 let reduce inventory by 4%.
