i have more than 14 years of experience in hiv/aids and child protection. he used to evaluate and plane projects and programs activities and interventions, realize studies and survey, supervise projects and programs, make an assessment of the technical and organizational capacity of the institutions and ngos. conducting a rapid assessment of the impact of the management and Leadership Training on actors abilities, these last 6 years, he worked for abt as a program officer under hs 20/20 and now as hrh specialist and program officer under hfg. so he provided technical assistance to ministry of health by improving Human Resources management practices, completing rehabilitation on infas reference library with learning materials provision and also coordinating strategic information activities. on behalf of fhi (family health international) during two years, he provided technical assistance and support to côte d’ivoire ministry of family and social affairs through ovc national program (pn-oev) by supervising ovc situation Analysis, writing each year pn-oev country operating plan, organizing meetings and workshops, writing and implementing all the relevant documents on ovc issues. prior, as a national Consultant, he worked for the great institution like world bank, unicef, unaids, futures group, ministry of health and ministry of fight against aids where i realized a lot of studies in Health Policy. finally, mr assi has a lot of competences and knowledge’s in the health area and he coordinated multiple projects and activities and had a computer proficiency includes ms word, ms Excel, ms publisher, Internet Communication and also data base Software such as SPSS, sphinx, epi-info. he speaks French fluently and has a good level in English. before getting his master’s degree in Health Economics in one of the prestigious west africa school (cesag/senegal), mr assi has obtained his bachelor’s degree in economics at the University of côte d’ivoire/abidjan
