My work profile includes handling and managing of more than 1500 employees at 75 branches independently with defined responsibilities.

    My core activities included Auditing, Talent Acquisition, preparation of salary compensation (cost to company   offers), performance evaluation, employee engagement, hierarchy management, work life balance and training & development. Talent acquisition consisted of budget analysis, gap analysis (vacancies), recruitment via online portals, campus recruitments and employee referrals. I studied and compared the last years recruited employee and their performance and depending on that data, I could plan our new recruitment strategy. Salary compensation for the new joiners consisted of a detailed study of variable pay of their current organization and offering & negotiating a compensation which is best for the employee as well as the company.


    Performance appraisal enabled me to conduct the mid year appraisal, year end appraisal and moderation process. My area of interest was the difference in the performance of the various employees when the same resources were provided to both of them. I first tried to find out on the basis of the Bell Curve technique the low performing candidates and the highest performing candidates and did an analysis of both their performances. Later, we consulted the low performance candidate and tried to find out his difficulties and tried to overcome them by adequate trainings, moral boosting, solving his professional problems, a profile change etc.



    Employee engagement and work life balance covered branch visits which enables a one to one                   interaction of the employees and the HR to find out their difficulties and finding a solution for the same. With the data gathered by 75 branches visited, I could analyse the differences in the behaviour of various             employees and their managers. I also carried an employee engagement survey on how the employees rate the organization on various topics. A brief analysis of the same enabled me to understand the problems faced by the employees.
