project funded by nlm – national institutes of Health specialization in computer vision, Data Science, computational intelligence and Machine Learning. extracted tamura textural features from the cervical Cancer Histology images. obtained a classification accuracy of 86.3% using levenberg-marquardt backpropagation method with the extracted tamura features. successful in Segmentation of nuclei with color quantization using k-means++ clustering. deep learning based nuclei and Cytoplasm Segmentation by analyzing localized features by generating super-pixels and Training convolutional neural networks. experience with working on cuda in centos platform.
