    I did my master thesis 'analysis of autophagy at the synapse' in the lab of neuronal communication. The goals of my thesis were to analyse autophagy at the synapse and to generate genetic tools to study autophagy.  Techniques and tools that I used were immunofluorescence stainings, confocal microscopy, immunoprecipitation, Western Blots, PCR, CRISPR targeting and the UAS-Gal4 system.
