The company develops and produces digital mammography, a Swedish innovation that reduces the radiation by almost 50% compared to competitors within screening mammography. Global management for System Design team, with same functions as in previous role, but expanded to global group. Responsibility for planning, structuring and budget for these groups, including making sure the transition runs smoothly for a company used to working from the same office. A role demanding leadership, both business and human relations related, intercultural communication and change management. The role includes project management for all subprojects falling under the System team functions.

Sectra Mamea was acquired by Philips, and the transition started in September of 2011. My role at Sectra was as manager of the System Design Group in the R&D Department, with responsibility for personell, budget and salaries. The group is responsible for Systems Architecture, customer and system requirements, SW development, Compliance, Technical documentation, Quality Assurance and System test.

Responsibility for the development procedures, such as change management and product structure, and maintenance of development processes. In charge of the Change Control Board, through which all potential changes and new requirements are being discussed before implementation. PDM-system (Product Data Management) responsibility, including product releases, education of employees and implementation at sub-suppliers. Project management, with responsibility for complete hardware and/or software projects, from idea to implementation in the production line.

As a project manager at the production department I was managing internal and external production, including procurement, project planning and delivery follow-up. At the time, five employees were working in our internal production, and four sub-suppliers were responsible for external production.
January 2000 --- January 2004
A 50% administrative employment as a part of the managing team, with responsibilities for personnel such as annual employee reviews, quality and education coordination, and recruitment of new employees. Remaining 50% was focusing on consultant activities, mostly CAD design in 3D.
