sectra mamea was acquired by philips, and the transition started in september of 2011. my role at sectra was as manager of the system design group in the R&D department, with responsibility for personell, budget and salaries. the group is responsible for systems architecture, customer and system requirements, sw development, Compliance, technical Documentation, Quality Assurance and system test.

as a Project Manager at the production department i was managing internal and external production, including Procurement, Project Planning and delivery follow-up. at the time, five employees were working in our internal production, and four sub-suppliers were responsible for external production.

a 50% administrative employment as a part of the managing team, with responsibilities for personnel such as annual Employee reviews, quality and Education coordination, and recruitment of new employees. remaining 50% was focusing on Consultant activities, mostly CAD design in 3d.
