    Since December 2015
    Switching to a global position in my field of expertise has allowed me to very quickly develop my leadership skills, and has strengthen my belief that Clinical Education plays a major role in growing a medical device business. The team had the chance to lead big data projects, develop an e-learning platform, build SFDC embedded tools for the sales teams to leverage on education as a growth driving tool. My passion is to drive integration of Clinical Education with channel marketing and sales operations, from global strategies to regional activities, and to get cross-functional and cross- regional teams to deliver excellence through frostering team collaboration and sense of belonging.

  • Clinical Education and Relations Manager - EMEA
    June 2014 --- December 2015
    Broadening our previous responsabilities, the team now covers KOL management, Advisory Boards, research/publications and internal clinical training, on the top of our previous focus which was external education and congresses. In this role, I had the opportunity to lead externalization of events to a third party, creation of ad-hoc strategies for new markets (Benelux, Nordics and Eastern Europe), and the implementation of an in-house built and SFDC integrated Event Management Tool. At the border between clinical and sales, this position allows me to leverage 100% on both my clinical and business backgrounds.
