Development of nanoparticle formulation for vaccinal purposes, including advanced concepts such as codelivery of antigen and adjuvant, antigen and/or immunostimulant targeting. Hand-on experience on nanoparticle preparation process, including nanoprecipitation, flash nanoprecipitation and other supersaturation techniques. Experienced scientist in the field of biochemistry and physico-chemistry of biologicals. Expertise in the characterization of biological macromolecules, including the development and validation of analytical methods. Specialties: Biochemistry of proteins, lipids, carbohydrates Physico-chemistry of excipients and surfactants in biologicals Preparation of liposomes and polymersomes, including microfuidics liposomes. Chemical conjugation of biological macromolecules. Development of analytical methods (HPLC, LC-MS, CE, gel electrophoresis, SPE,FTIR,...) Characterization of biological samples (size of particles, charge, interactions, calorimetry). Phosphate metabolism in human (PHEX, MEPE, FGF23...)
