My objective is to make a promising and successful career as a Planner and Safety expert using my technical skills, dedication and commitment. My aim is to contribute as much as possible in increasing the safety levels of an organization and meeting the timelines through proper planning, risk assessments, trend monitoring and awareness programs. I believe that with the help of my experience I am able to produce desired results in any other field than aviation also. Gaining as much as knowledge and then execute it in my work is what I love doing the most. I love challenges in work as that what makes it more interesting. I have been working in multinational environment that require high degree of cooperation and coordination between different organizations and departments. I am very flexible and can adapt to all the situations very soon. I work well as an individual as well as a team member.

  • Executive-Flight Safety
    June 2012 --- June 2014
    Conduct regular sessions on Safety Management System for Technical Staff, Flight Crew, Cabin Crew and new inductions. Worked with Permanent Investigation Board for investigation of incidents/Accidents.Conduct of Internal Safety Audits at Airports and Head office.Was part of Core Document Management System (DMS) Group. Worked in close loop with all the departments and IT to prepare an online system for interlinking and standardization of documents across the organization. Was part of core team formed to check the compliance of documents and procedures with IATA Standards. Sourcing of the technical records and information for statistics and reactive/proactive measures. Part of Family Assistance Care Team for Emergency Response. Worked in Flight Data Monitoring cell to prepare the record of events/exceedances for the purpose of trend monitoring and preventive measures. Responsible for arranging Monthly Safety Review Meeting between the departments along with the agenda. Responsible for yearly calendar for Trainings to be conducted for Flight Safety and liaise with the Training Organizations to arrange for the same. Kept a track of SMS Targets for Engineering and escalate the issues observed to the Safety Committee for review and necessary action. Was responsible for all the logistical arrangements for the department to successfully meet the requirements of the year Audit plan. Was appointed as the Admin Co-coordinator from Safety for the “Line Operations Safety Audit” project with LOSA Collaborative, Texas and flawlessly managed all the admin/ logistical arranged for the same. Pesented with “the Employee of the Month” award for October 2013 because of this project. Additional Trainings and Workshops Training for Dangerous Goods Regulations (2 days Course) by IndiGo Enhanced 6 days “Train the Trainer Workshop on handling Post Trauma Care by NIMHANS.

    May 2010 --- May 2012
    The job responsibilities and duties performed during this period included planning and arrangements for repair/ overhaul of components at the Repair Agencies/Vendors as per the agreed terms and within the contractual Turn Around Time. Substantiation of the fault/snag on the units in order to waive off the charges/NFF charges (if any). Arrangements for the timely/advance shipments of components to support the maintenance department for continuous airworthiness standards. Reviewed the performance of Vendors/Repair stations in order to identify the reliability issues. Liaised with Freight forwarder/CHA for the earliest clearance/delivery of shipments. Carried out half-yearly/yearly Rotable reconciliation. Looked after the Retrofit Campaigns for SBs/modifications of components and plan accordingly.Taking up of matters with vendors regarding quarantined/non-compliant units for its earliest resolution. Keeping the system updated through regular data entries regarding installation/removal of components, work orders entries, scrapping and receiving of items etc. Possess thorough knowledge of Warehouse/Porta Stores procedures and working. Possess a sound knowledge of AIRNAV, AGS, AMOS software, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point. Completed Airbus General Familiarization Course conducted by IndiGo.

    November 2009 --- May 2010
    Worked with Production, Planning and Control in Engineering Department. Learned Warehouse and Store procedures. Projected requirements to Head office for inventory. Prepared Daily Ability/Inability Reports for Head Office. Controlled movement of Inventory at Airports.

  • Trainee Technician
    April 2008 --- October 2009
    Underwent Practical training in Line Maintenance, A & C stream. Gained experience on Airbus A321/A320/A319 fitted with IAE V2500 A5 Engines and ATR 72-212A fitted with P&W 127F Engines. Covered modifications, repair and replacement of aircraft components/items of equipment and all Schedules Checks (including Transit, Layover, 8 Day, A Checks) under the supervision of licensed AMEs. Associated with cabin maintenance activities like maintenance of Galley inserts like Oven, Boilers, Air Chillers and rectification of galley/lavatory equipment and related components under the supervision of licensed AMEs. Completed Induction Course conducted by KFA Airlines.
