    June 2012 --- June 2014
    conduct regular sessions on safety management system for technical staff, flight crew, cabin crew and new inductions. worked with permanent investigation board for investigation of incidents/accidents.conduct of internal safety audits at airports and head office.was part of core Document Management system (dms) group. worked in close loop with all the departments and it to prepare an online system for interlinking and standardization of documents across the organization. was part of core team formed to check the Compliance of documents and procedures with iata standards.
