My current role is a Pastry Chef trainer and consultant, providing master classes, individual trainings supporting special events, such as gala dinners and corporate cocktails. In September and October 2016 I was appointed as pastry head judge of Bake Off TV format in Sofia.
Since 1997 I was employed at Hilton company for 19 years. I was a Executive Pastry Chef at Hilton Prague for 17 years. I was leading a Pastry and Bakery team of 14 Chefs brigade responsible for the daily operation and large banquet operations; controlling operating costs ordering; designing menus, coffee breaks, festive and thematic Brunches, wedding cakes, Pastry Classes big share of city Catering including all Embassy catering. In 2001 I was transferred over Hilton Adana Turkey for two years, in 2003 I returned back to Prague. I am a strong team player, highly motivated, able to work under pressure proactively. Paying attention to detail with a strong sense of creativity and innovation. I have excellent knowledge of kitchen operations with controls on HACCP procedures with HACCP certificate. Familiar with ISO/22000 standards My specialty is festive, corporate and wedding cakes. I’m innovative in menu design and themed events complying with latest trends At the same time I was supporting the Corporate Culinary Director Europe Middle East & Africa Hilton Worldwide, with opening projects, conferences, workshops, staff training, and setting up the Hilton standards.
