Over 26 years experience in the pharmaceutical world. After a succesful start as a sales representative, promoted in 1997 to a managerial position. I posess the demonstrated ability to develop, change and motivate mainly sales and marketing colleagues, and their leaders, towards higher results and better achievements, especially through training, coaching and optimizing teamwork processes. I’m used to work in an international environment, in a matrix organization, leveraging local needs with international guidelines. I am known to be a servant leader and coach, a strategic thinker, passionate about my job and with great persistance. People describe me as helper, knowledgeable, action oriented, out-of-the-box problem solver, always with the objective to come up with a solution that supports the business and defends the companies values and mission.
