    Implementation of the “One Tyco” strategy in the European Transportation group and development of a program to get sustainable benefits of this strategy. - “One Tyco”: created and managed 2 European teams: one strategic team with one representative per industry segment, one team with the major decision makers in Europe. - Cost reduction program: negotiated partnership contracts, initiated and led requests for pricing processes (including full source and e-bidding with ARIBA) for EU small parcels, Domestic and Pan EU LTL / FTL shipments, transcontinental Air and Sea. Between 2003 and 2005, 35 Mio € savings over a budget of 200 Mio € over 120 shipping sites. - Centralized Freight Audit and Payment: implemented a CFAP service in order to guaranty contract compliance, to support accurate freight analysis and to get appropriate data for tenders & negotiations
