    -Clinical practice in hepatitis clinic: Involved in visiting patients with Hepatitis B, medical history and physical examination. -Clinical trial Coordinator in the following studies: 1.Golestan Hepatitis B cohort profile 2.Lipid Profile and Hepatitis B Virus Infection in Golestan Cohort Study. 3.Aspirin add-on therapy to Tenofovir compared to Tenofovir +placebo for treatment of chronic hepatitis B infection. 4.Impact of Universal Neonatal Immunization to Prevent Mother-to-Infant Transmission of HBV- Golestan Hepatitis B cohort study. 5.Long term immune response to neonatal hepatitis B vaccination programme many years after priming and factors implicated in low or no response to neonatal hepatitis B vaccines. 6.Hepatitis B booster vaccination in high risk individuals of Golestan Cohort Study -Production of guidelines and/or protocols: 1. Protocol to conduct the clinical trial entitled "Hepatitis B booster vaccination in high risk individuals of Golestan Cohort Study" 2. Protocol to conduct the clinical trial entitled "Tenofovir with or without aspirin/atorvastatin for treatment of chronic HBV infection for 5 years"
