    Thesis entitled: "Understanding healthful eating from a salutogenic perspective" - My research examined physical, mental and social factors that enable healthful eating in Dutch adults by applying ‘salutogenesis’, a health-promotion research framework. - Developed research survey based on pre-validated scales and collected and analyzed survey data with LISS research panel at CentERdata, Tilburg University. - Carried out qualitative research using narrative inquiry and interpretative phenomenological analysis. - Provided lectures in BSc and MSc courses and supervised MSc student thesis projects. - Published and disseminated research findings in scientific and professional journals, as well as (inter)national conferences.
