Elected board member and President of Foxwood Farms Homeowners Association in 2012, re-elected for another 2 year term in Jan 2014 and again in Jan 2016. Responsibilities include working with the other board members to fulfill duties of the HOA e.g. managing common areas (retention pond) and overseeing status of repairs to HOA property, reviewing HOA finances to ensure payments are both made and received. Difficult decisions such as making special assessments are discussed and motioned with other board members.
Deputy Director Global Clinical Immunology Outsourcing

Manage a group of four outsourcing professionals to support clinical immunology assays performed at globally outsourced labs. Work with both commercial laboratories and key opinion leader groups to perform clinical assay testing for immunological efficacy and concomitant tests. Have developed in-sourcing strategies to support internal work for meeting critical timelines of key projects.

Responsible for managing global clinical supplies category which includes: IVRS - working to develop contracts with strategic partners and monitoring performance by implementing service and operational level metrics. Clinical Labeling/Distribution - managed the performance and contracts with key suppliers for operational and service metrics Comparators - executed large contracts (>$100M) with both wholesalers and pier pharmaceutical companies to ensure supply of clinical materials for upcoming trials. Also, through e-auctions contributed significant savings (>$1M) Ancillary Clinical Supplies - supported the ancillary clinical supplies group by executing contracts and performance monitoring of key supplies. Also including diversity suppliers.
