I've worked in many different area’s and get energy out of building strong relations with all stakeholders I encounter within the company I work for. Even when focusing on technological aspects, the human factor of business remains, to me, the most important one! The last 10 years I have mostly been acting as a Project Manager, mainly in the domain of Customer Relation Management, Digital Solutions & Logistics. I have worked out B2C and B2B CRM strategies including aspects like Go-To Market Strategy, Customer Segmentation, Sales Force Effectiveness, Account Planning, Campaign Management and Customer Service Excellence. I'm especially enthusiastic when working for clients who are putting efforts in conducting their business in a sustainable way.
