I am recent graduate of master in biomedical sciences with final specialisation in biopharmaceutical and therapeutics at the University of Namur with honours. And "Clinical Trial" and "Research and devlopment " are the fields where I will work.
During my studies I had the opportunity to do a master thesis in the University's labs where I experimented different techniques learned in my courses as cell culture, transfection, protein extraction, Western blotting, etc to study the "Identification of TMEM45A binding partners, TMEM45A a protein involved in the chemoresistance of cancer cell".
I also do an internship during 5 months in ImmuneHealth (collective center of research) where I developed analyses methods of genetic biomarkers on single-cell with different techniques as PCR, qPCR, RT-PCR, genotyping, sequencing and a little part of flow cytometry.
Internship in the genetic analysis department Gosselies, Charleroi, Belgique
