    • Worked with Recruitment and Sales team in streamlining the existing Process, by identifying GAP’s and implement changes to reduce the turnaround time while improving the customer/client satisfaction • Define the problem/issue related to the recruitment Process • Understand and document the current “AS-IS” process with live examples(End to End) with all possible common scenarios covered • Circulated the current “AS- IS” process to all stakeholder’s for review and took a signoff • Identified Metric/s to assess the progress of the project and Identifying the data source and Gauge R&R • Did Baseline audit and prepared project charter with all the details of the project. • Identifying gaps in the current – “AS- IS” Process and analyze potential root causes and implement the sustainable solutions • Prepare Value Stream Mapping to identify the wastes (Essential waste and Real waste). • Have action workout to define the “To-Be” process. • Identify metrics to measure the new process. • Facilitate the implementation of the new process. • Prepared checklists to be followed. • Perform regular audits. • Perform Process Audit for Incident, Request, Change and Problem tickets • Send the MI/Critical /High priority incident metric compliance report on daily bases • Conduct training on Process, Tool and best practices for the new joinee • Conduct refresher and on floor training • Publish CAPA (Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions) report on weekly bases • Share the “Non – Compliance” report with the stake holders (Daily and Weekly) • Provide feedback to the Engineers on their performance • Conduct Reviews on process with the Shift Manager • Identify the best performer of the week, awards and recognition • Review the change weekly report and also a part of CAB calls
