I’m a biotechnologist, passionate about molecular biology and its practical applications, as well as many disciplines beyond it. During my PhD research, I worked on the development of ethically-acceptable and better predictive hepatic in vitro models for safety testing of new drug candidates and alike. Currently, as a Business Development Manager, I actively support the translation of in-house know-how into ‘real life’ solutions. I monitor intellectual property rights, evaluate project valorization potential and collaboration opportunities. I'm also responsible for searching of external funding, project management, including writing of new projects, as well as management of promotional materials. I’m looking for a constant opportunity to learn and develop myself, both, as a professional and as a human being. I’m motivated, flexible and independent person, yet I enjoy working in a team and meeting new people.
