    With 10+ years of strategic outsourcing and business development experience in CROs I arrange vendor selection and outsourcing of the whole process starting from pre- clinical and clinical trials to the product registration and market access in Eastern Europe, Russia and CIS. I work as a freelance Outsourcing and Clinical Trials Consultant handling feasibility studies for the market evaluation, outsourcing strategy, RFP initiation and management as well as budget negotiations with vendors till the contract is signed. I lead and facilitate negotiations on your behalf direct with the other party, whether they are vendors, joint venturers, licensors or licensees, contract research organisations, pharmaceutical sponsors, distributor or potential investor.
