Clients range from start-ups and SMEs in biotechnology, medical technology and digital health to large corp-orates in medical devices and pharmaceuticals. The company also specializes in developing and implementing healthcare analytics packages for clinical management in NHS and social care units. Responsible for leading projects from start to finish regarding client growth strategies, with emphasis on commercialisation, positioning, innovation and market understanding within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Working in teams of 3 to 5 consultants, extracting insights from complex research, analyzing information and developing recommendations for client presentations. Presenting results to client management and implementing recommendations in collaboration with client team members. Identifying and developing new business opportunities and clients for the company.

The company specialises in designing, launching, funding, growing, and selling businesses, including working within business incubators and accelerators. It assists healthcare focused innovators and entrepreneurs in achieving optimum global commercialization. as an Independent consultant I provide targeted support to companies in medical technology and digital health on competitive intelligence, due diligence for new technologies and recommendation plans to enable new products and solutions to get to the market.

In 2007, the Bill & Melinda Gates foundation launched Grand Challenges Exploration in Global Health. This initiative focused on 14 major scientific challenges that, if solved, could lead to key advances in preventing, treating, and curing diseases of the developing world. Seeking to engage the world’s most creative minds, Grand Challenges Explorations awards grands totalling over $450 million for research projects involving scientists worldwide. Launched a project in rural Gambia - developed and established the use of the 1st first compact, portable neuro-imaging technology in resource-poor countries as a viable tool to assess nutritional biomarkers on brain development.
