    Development and localization of strategic brand plans for Diabetes. Working in close collaboration with the local teams to define local strategy and implementation plans for each country.

    As the CU lead cardio-metabolic and women's health I am part of the leadership team. Both for my business unit as for the total company, I am taking strategic decisions as I am fully responsible for P&L of the product portfolio. As people manager, I am focussing on building a strong selling team and develop talents. At the start in this function I was part of the transformation process, leading the onboarding team.
