Verathon® designs, manufactures and distributes reliable, state-of-the-art medical devices and services that offer a meaningful improvement in patient care to the health care community. Being part of the Verathon family, I'm responsible for providing best in class technical service, assuring repairs, maintenance, calibration and testing of Verathon’s equipment are handled in an accurate, high quality and timely manner. I had certified training and I'm experienced on both the GlideScope product line of video laryngoscopes and the BladderScan portable ultrasound bladder scanners. I'm based on the Verathon main european facility and the service I provide covers the installed base of the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. I do also perform scheduled field service activities by the local customers (mainly Hospitals) located in the Benelux area. I do collaborate with other company departments for the day by day activities and for achieving continuous quality improvement of the company processes. I'm involved in departmental level tasks, like the assurance of the ESD compliance and the writing/refining of procedures.
Smartphones repair technician

Level 2 Smartphones repair technician, Nokia & HTC brands. Main Responsibilities: - Repairing units to manufacturer specifications using appropriate manuals parts and test equipment. - Productivity – achieve personal production targets. - ESD (Electrostatic Sensitive Discharge) - observing all workshop ESD requirements - Testing of handsets on manufacturer approved equipment and using the correct Manufacturer-specified tests. - Reporting issues with equipment and model specific tests to Final Team Leader/Workshop Manager.

In particular: technical specifications for public tenders, technical questionnaires for users and suppliers, evaluation grids; UMDNS - CIVAB - CND classifications. Checks for compliance to medical devices sector directives. Direct interaction with medical and technical professionals.
