project 1.-(Quality Control) my main attribution was to perform physico-chemical as well as microbiological tests on beers at the end of the production line. i had to compile all this data on a daily-basis to keep track of the traceability of the beer. the control of the Fermentation process was also a part of my attributions. i was also responsible for the follow-up on the calibration and maintenance of the Lab equipment. i also wrote several protocols on the calibration of this equipment or regarding Quality Control techniques. the idea was to create a framework in the Quality Control department of the brewery for a future Lab Technician.
project 2.-(Research projects) in addition of these daily-tests, i've been put in charge of different Research projects. for my latest project, i had to design a science)" rel="nofollow">Protocol to determine the influence of the bottle's position during the re-Fermentation process. as the brewery needed new Laboratory devices to conduct these new tests a was also put in charge to led the discussion with Sales representatives from different companies for the purchase of these devices.
project3.- (Research projects) create a large database of physicochemical data regarding aged re-fermented beer. the purpose was to control the evolution of the physicochemical characteristics of the beer in cellar condition from 1 month up to 4 years after the production.
project4.-(logistic project) write the spec sheets of every products of the brewery for the exportation. these spec sheets summarize every aspect of the product (height and weight of a pallet, number of crate per pallet, volume, organoleptic characteristics, ...).
