Since September 2013
January 2012 --- August 2013
UMR CNRS 8612, University Paris-Sud, Châtenay-Malabry, France – Prof. Patrick COUVEUR's group. Nanovectorization by squalenization of anticancer agents for neoplasies with fusion oncogenes, with Dr. Didier Desmaële. ANR (Agence Nationale de la Recherche) granted project, primarily concerned with the design of squalene modified siRNAs meant to target junction oncogenes in solid tumours.
September 2008 --- February 2012
1) Synthesis and incorporations to nucleic acids of novel C-nucleosides, with Assoc. Prof. M. Hocek. 2) Design of stable antimicrobial peptides through hydrocarbon stapling, with Dr. V. Cerovsky.
September 2006 --- June 2008
INSERM U869, University Victor Segalen Bordeaux 2, Bordeaux, France – Dir.: Dr. Jean-Jacques TOULME "Synthesis of controlled oligomeric amphiphiles", with Prof. P. Barthélémy. Project supported by the US Army Research Office (ARO), primarily concerned with accessing amphiphilic oligonucleotides useful towards the silencing of micro-RNAs. Decoration of nano-objects (liposomes) with such amphiphilic oligonucleotides. Microscopal studies of hybridization properties of these “smart” liposomes (confocal, epifluorescence microscopy). Thermodenaturation studies.
Ph.D. in Chemistry from Université Claude Bernard (Lyon I) in 2006
