After my graduation in Marketing & Business Strategy (KULeuven), I’ve built my career working in and for large organizations of which Pfizer, Roche, Merck, UCB, L’Oreal, Reckitt Benckiser and AXA are certainly the most well-known employers/clients. These collaborations were mainly oriented around marketing or digital projects. Along the way, it became clear that my strengths lie in making businesses better. My capabilities to analyze the current business reality against consumer insights & trends help me to adapt and innovate strategies & tactics.

Digital disruption has radically changed the way customer expectations are being met. What once was amazing has now become expected. When basic needs of people are increasingly being met, Maslow claims that people turn to self-actualization: People want to become the better version of themselves. This is visible around us when looking at the many people who actively manage their health. They do not only want to get healthiest when being sick but happiest when already being healthy. This HEALTHUSIASM trend offers a broad range of new opportunities for any type of organization or brand.

These highlight the changing customer expectations and offer one or more health marketing opportunities to organizations and brands from different industries.
