Having gained experience in several industries in different commercial, marketing and communication roles I have become an expert leader in Marketing Operations/Excellence and Commercial Excellence management positions. My main focus is now in the pharmaceutical industry driving teams and projects internationally to streamline costs, standardise messaging and image through initiatives such as copy review, digital asset management, annual brand planning and eLearning. My experience has led me to be an internal account manager to promote strategic tools, create and implement processes & tools designed to improve efficiency not only at a region/global level but also at the affiliate level.
